These sessions can include: ✔️ Understanding your ideal birth preferences ✔️ Addressing any fears, concerns, or past birth experiences ✔️ Practicing hands-on comfort measures and relaxation techniques ✔️ Walking through the stages and phases of labor so you know what to expect ✔️ Creating a birth plan, birth game plan, and postpartum plan that aligns with your needs ✨ Ongoing Support from the Moment You Hire Me From the day you book, I’m available via text or phone for guidance, reassurance, and resources. ✨ Continuous Labor & Birth Support I’ll be by your side, providing hands-on and emotional support to help you have a more comfortable, confident birth. My physical support can include: ✔️ Gentle massage and counterpressure for pain relief ✔️ Acupressure techniques to encourage labor progress ✔️ Positioning and movement suggestions to ease discomfort and support baby’s descent ✔️ Creating a peaceful, calming environment with lighting, music, or aromatherapy ✔️ Water therapy (shower, bath) for relaxation and pain relief ✔️ Guided mindfulness and visualization to promote focus and confidence ✔️ Hydration and nourishment reminders to keep your energy up ✔️ Hands-on support for initial infant feeding (breast or bottle) ✔️ Anything else that helps you feel safe, grounded, and empowered in labor ✨ Postpartum Follow-Up ( 2-3 In-Home Visits) Your support doesn’t end at birth—I’m here to help ease your transition into postpartum life. During these visits, I can: ✔️ Provide hands-on infant feeding support and troubleshooting ✔️ Answer any questions or concerns about recovery, newborn care, or postpartum emotions ✔️ Help you process and debrief your birth experience ✔️ Assist with light housework or tidying to create a calm space ✔️ Prepare a nourishing meal ✔️ Care for your baby while you rest, shower, or take a moment for yourself ✔️ Offer any other support that helps you feel more confident and cared for
